SAPPA comes from a passion of two very influential cuisines: Korean and Japanese. The name “SAPPA” is a play on the words “supper” and “super”. The brand is a playful fusion of two cultures. At the heart of the identity are hand-drawn portraits and dishes, bringing the two influences together with a distinctive fashion twist and handmade feel.

Two colours represent the two countries and help identify the origin of each dish. Dish names are also displayed in their original language.
